The Big Apple

Over Nathan's spring break we went to NYC to visit our friends Zak and Devon. It was great to spend time with them and visit the big city! :) They live in Astoria so we took the train into Manhattan every day. We went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Natural History Museum, we took a harbor cruise, went to the top of the Empire State Building, saw two broadway shows...we did a lot! We also got to eat at some fun places that Zak and Devon like, including Max Brenner's Chocolate Bar, our favorite from the trip. :) Devon is attending nursing school at NYU so we got to see the main part of the campus when we met her after class. It is amazing that so many people live in such a small area! We can't wait to go back and visit again. Here are a few pictures from our trip.













We ended up having dinner with Nathan's classmate Jim and his girlfriend Sarah. They were visiting family in New Jersey!
