December 1st our sweet little Esther Jo turned one! We all went to Denver for her Mickey birthday party.She had a special dress for the occasion. We all dressed up too :)

For the past few years I've wrapped all of our Christmas books up and packed them away after New Years and then starting December 1st the next Christmas they get to open one a night. They are starting to realize now that they are the same books...took them a while! It is fun to watch them try and figure out which one is which through the wrapping paper. It's one of my favorite traditions with them.

Jane and I were invited to a Nutcracker tea again this year. The girls got to make their own nutcrackers and sugar cookies.
