Rain, rain, go away!

This was a long week, thanks to the rain. We couldn't really go anywhere because of Jane's cold. She is feeling better now, but she still has a runny nose and cough. She sees us coming with the kleenex and starts running. :) Nathan came home on Thursday, feeling good about his interviews so far. He interviewed at two sites in the Chicago area and one in Colorado Springs. He has a couple more this week, in Laguna Hills and a phone interview with a site in Orem, Utah. We are getting excited to find out where we will be living next year. February 22nd is the big day, so less than a month to go!

I wasn't watching Jane for a minute and when I looked over she had pulled her tent on top of the ball pit and was sitting in the ball pit with the tent opening over her head. :)

Uncle Matt sent Jane a gift card to Toys R Us for her birthday so she got to go with Daddy and pick out some new toys. She got a xylophone and an abacus! When they got home Jane didn't want Daddy to play with the abacus, she wasn't in a sharing mood. Uncle Matt also sent two different music birthday cards and they were a big hit. One plays "Macarena" and the other plays "Shout."
