Life as a toddler...

Year number two is off to a fun start, minus a few things. :) Overall though, we had a fun week hanging out with Nana & Papa!

Papa & Nana's birthday present to Jane was setting up the porch as an outside playroom! Papa was building block towers for Jane to destroy. :)

She loves being able to go outside whenever she wants. :) Thanks Papa & Nana!

Jane & Papa went on lots of walks together this week. Whenever Papa headed for the door Jane ran over with her shoes and sat down so he could put them on. They even walked up the stairs together - found out we had 15 steps since they always counted on the way up. :)

This is one of the not so great things of the week...I caught the stomach flu! Jane was snuggling me after I spent 24 hours in quarantine. Good thing Papa & Nana were here to take care of Jane since Nathan was on his interview trip! Jane didn't get the stomach flu, but she woke up this morning with a fever/runny nose/cough so keep her in your prayers!

We were so sad to see Papa & Nana to go. We miss you already!

On another note, it is interview time! Nathan headed to Chicago on Thursday for two interviews. Monday night he will fly to Denver for an interview in Colorado Springs. Nathan's parents and sister drove up to Chicago on Saturday to spend some time with him in between interviews. Nathan didn't take the camera, but he sent me these pictures from his phone. :) It sounds like they had a great time.
