This week reminded us how crazy the weather can be in Colorado. Saturday we went to the zoo because it was a beautiful day and 64 degrees. Last night we had the whole family camped out in our bedroom with the fireplace on because it was -14 (a windchill of -45) and we had lost power! Jane is still loving her costumes and she is talking - and singing - more every day. Henry is a ball of energy too! He is awake more now and he talks really loud, we're pretty sure it is because he thinks he needs to be loud for us to pay attention. :)
Zoo day!

Henry's first trip to the zoo!

I think Jane still misses Disney, judging from the fact she wanted to ride the carousel twice. :)
Leaning against the bee hive.

Checking out the chickens.
Petting a snake!
Henry can't wait to feed the giraffe. :)

Just like Daddy...
During our power outage in the freezing winter weather, we cozied up in the side room off of our master bedroom. It has a gas fireplace so we were nice and warm. Jane thought it was fun to snuggle up with a bunch of blankets by candlelight. :)
Our strong boy!
Jane loves nursery rhymes and she is learning them all. Here's a little sample! This video is long but I knew the grandparents (and great-grandparents) would like it.

Kai loved watching this video of Jane. I think he might be developing a long distance crush :)
