Happy Halloween!
After my parents were here last week we had three days without company and then Aunt Shaina came to visit! She brought her fellow teacher and friend Lara with her. Jane loved having the company and so did I. We went to the beach, Disney, the park and had lots of fun play-time too!

The water was cold but Jane still had fun dipping her feet in. If I let her go she just walked straight for the water. You will notice she is missing her pants in later pictures. :)

After Jane went to bed we went back for some big girl fun!
On Wednesday we went out for lunch before the girls' flight. Jane decided to give Aunt Shaina a work-out, chasing her around.
Jane was getting into everything. :)
On Halloween we took Jane trick-or-treating at Biola! The girls decorate their whole dorm like Candyland, dress in costume and hand out candy to kids in the community. They go all out with games, decorations, snacks and even a bounce-house! We went with the Durhams and the girls had a great time.

Jane saw this little boy dressed up like Elmo and ran straight up to him and gave him a hug. :)
While all the big kids were loading up on candy we took Jane over to the bounce-house. She got to play in it all by herself and she LOVED it!
You might not be able to see it in this picture, but Jane is getting her first tooth. The tips have broken through in the last couple of days. She has been more fussy than normal, but mostly still our happy little girl. It's gotta hurt though! Good thing we don't remember!
After trick-or-treating we went out for dinner with the Tatums. We were wanting to keep Jane up a little late so we wouldn't face a 5:30am wake up call with the time change. It worked and we had a fun time going out!
I am including a lot of video this week! The first video is of Jane meeting more Disney characters with Aunt Shaina. The second is Jane having fun with her new favorite toys; her car and a balloon. The last one is of Halloween! :) She is turning into a toddler overnight and these videos help to show how she is changing so fast!

Jane is SO cute, i bet you just can't get enough of her! i love her costume and the story of her giving "elmo" a hug! i'm sure that just made that little guys' day! :)
What a cute costume, I love the banana smashed on top of her monkey head. The videos of her walking are just adorable, I love how she isn't quite in total control and just kind of ends up wherever her feet take her:) I suppose if you were in Tennessee you would have to make frequent trips to Disneyworld...maybe even get season passes since Jane is such a regular... and we could meet up with you there! When would Nathan's Internship start? Where else is he going to apply?
Dani, Jane is adorable & you are just as adorable as a mom. :) She seems like such a happy baby. Miss you!
Great minds think alike! I wish we could have had our little monkeys together too. Are you all still applying to TN? We're applying ALL OVER, including Boulder, CO! :) Who knows, maybe they will get to play together again someday! Miss you!
